Selon une récente enquête, les chefs d’entreprise européens ne se sentent pas écoutés par l’UE et blâment une inflation législative de plus en plus difficile à suivre et à appliquer :Fewer than a third of firms were satisfied the EU listened to them and a third did not know whether their views were taken into account, said the survey conducted on behalf of international law firm Clifford Chance. (…)"We are seeing a clear trend of business feeling out of step with EU legislators as new regulations come out of Brussels," Clifford Chance senior partner Stuart Popham said. "Smaller firms in particular cannot afford to keep tabs on new developments, and larger businesses appear to engage too little and too late."
